Job summary

Mashreq seeks an executive to lead Treasury & Global Markets and Wealth Management Operations, delivering end-to-end service, resilience and automated, compliant operations across geographies.

You will own the operating model, drive transformation, oversee risk and regulatory governance, and partner with Technology, Risk, and Product to scale capabilities while optimizing costs and performance for the bank's divisions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in banking or financial services operations.
• Expert knowledge across FX, capital markets, derivatives, and wealth management.
• End-to-end operations understanding: settlements, accounting, P&L, risk controls.
• Strong regulatory and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations accountability across the division.
• Ensure service levels, turnaround times, and quality.
• Define and evolve operating model in line with strategy.
• Drive transformation, automation and cost efficiency.
• Govern risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional leadership and reporting.
