Job summary

Mashreqbank PSC seeks a senior wealth management sales leader to drive the Treasury products sales function for affluent and high-net-worth clients. You will define strategies for structured deposits, FX-linked investments, and fixed-income notes in collaboration with Relationship Managers.

You will lead and coach Wealth Sales specialists, coordinate with product, trading, and marketing on campaigns and pricing, and ensure governance and conduct-risk requirements while monitoring client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in wealth or investment product sales.
• Deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement sales strategies for wealth/investment products (structured deposits, FX-linked investments, fixed-income notes).
• Coach and manage Wealth Sales specialists supporting Relationship Managers.
• Coordinate with product, trading, and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing.
• Ensure adherence to suitability, product-governance, and conduct-risk requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes.
