Job summary

You will drive revenue across FX, rates, deposits, and structured products, coordinating with structuring, trading, and product teams while maintaining senior client relationships.

You will lead a team, stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes, and ensure all activities align with risk frameworks and governance. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate banking sales or treasury origination.
• Deep knowledge of corporate treasury and markets products including FX and derivatives.
• Proven track record in client origination and revenue generation.
• Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in the FX & Derivatives division.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and revenue in corporate treasury and markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with focus on client origination and relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless client services.
• Provide expert advice leveraging extensive knowledge of corporate treasury and markets.
• Monitor market data, assess risks and opportunities for the bank.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster continuous improvement.
