Citi in Dubai is seeking a Client Service Analyst 2 to support wealth management clients with guidance from Banker teams. You will manage client transactions, assist with investigations, and coordinate account maintenance across products, ensuring audits and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients with guidance from bankers.
• Process client transactions to meet audit/compliance standards and timelines.
• Own client investigations and coordinate with operations and middle office for resolution.
• Coordinate account maintenance and reporting across products and WINS system.
• Enforce policies to protect Citi’s reputation and assets; maintain client satisfaction.
• Schedule client visits and perform service quality checks with clients.
