Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking an experienced professional to support the management and enhancement of its wealth and investment product proposition. The role collaborates with product, sales, advisory, compliance, risk, operations, and technology teams to deliver competitive and compliant investment solutions that drive revenue growth and client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or related field.
Professional qualification in Wealth Management or Investment Advisory is an advantage (CISI, CFA, CFP, CWM).
Minimum 5–7 years of banking or financial services experience, preferably Wealth Management or related functions.
Strong knowledge of wealth and investment products (mutual funds, fixed income, structured products, FX, deposits).
Experience in product support, governance, MIS reporting, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the lifecycle of wealth and investment products across the product suite.
Support the preparation and maintenance of product programmes, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support product approvals, launches, and reviews.
Generate and analyse product performance metrics, AUM trends, and revenue contribution.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business insights for Wealth Management leadership.
Support sales and relationship teams with product information and market updates.
