You will manage account openings, documentation, and transaction processing while coordinating with investment advisors and operations to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing client transactions and account management in wealth management.
• Strong operational and client servicing skills with focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate account opening, documentation, investment bookings, and redemptions for clients.
• Support wealth coverage RMs and manage client requests and transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain client servicing WALK-ins at wealth centers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors, Operations, and Compliance to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
