The Team Builders is seeking a Beverage Manager for a high-end Mediterranean dining concept launching at a prime waterfront destination in Abu Dhabi. You will help lead a flagship pre-opening team from the ground up, shaping service standards and guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Based in the UAE, you will collaborate with a high-profile international concept and enjoy opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality group, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale, fine dining or lifestyle hospitality concepts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• French, Italian or Spanish speakers preferred.
