Qualifications

• Catering School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high profile restaurant or club.
• Experience in pre and post opening of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in driving pre and post opening restaurant operations.
• Assist in development and training of team members.
• Implement and deliver service standards conforming to SOPs.
• Manage daily venue operations post-opening.
