Job summary

ENMA Recruitment seeks an experienced engineer to lead wastewater network operations and maintenance in Abu Dhabi, overseeing inspections, CCTV surveys, and condition assessments. The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience and a degree in Civil/Mechanical/Utilities Engineering or a related discipline.

The candidate will manage blockage prevention programs, emergency responses, and network defects, ensuring risk-informed planning and compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Utilities Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in wastewater network operations, maintenance, and rehabilitation management.

Responsibilities

• Managing wastewater network operations and maintenance within the Contract Area.
• Planning and coordinating network inspections, CCTV surveys, and condition assessments.
• Managing blockage prevention programs and flushing activities.
• Ensuring timely and effective management of customer complaints.
• Coordinating emergency responses to network incidents.
• Managing network defects and ensuring appropriate corrective and rehabilitation actions.
• Ensuring activities are planned and executed in a coordinated, risk-informed manner.
• Maintaining network performance to support service continuity, environmental protection, and contractual compliance.
