Confidential (via Links UAE) is seeking a Project Manager for large-scale wastewater infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee site investigations, and drive hydraulic modeling workflows to meet budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree with 18+ years of post-graduate experience, including 10+ years in water or wastewater projects, and a valid UAE driving license. GCC regulatory familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 18+ years post-graduate engineering experience.
• 10+ years in water, wastewater or utility projects.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams across end-to-end wastewater infrastructure execution.
• Control project schedules, client submissions, technical deliverables, and project progress reporting.
• Oversee sewer network investigations, CCTV inspections, flow monitoring, and trenchless rehabilitation (CIPP & Sliplining).
• Interface with government authorities, utility clients, and contractors to ensure design and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce engineering specifications, quality management standards, safety regulations, and GIS-based project tracking.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and final project sign-offs for utility assets.
