Brief Job Description:
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:
- Lead and supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff on daily activities.
- Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure all material movements are properly documented in the ERP/system.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QC, and Logistics departments.
- Monitor material shortages and initiate replenishment requests.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently to prevent damage or loss.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and store performance reports.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance monitoring for store personnel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the store operations.
Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- PC skills: Active user of Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A)
- Technical/practical skills: Good analytical skills, Assessment skills, Organizational skills
- Core competencies: Initiative, Creative, Persuasive, Able to deal with conflict, Problem solving, Detail oriented, Analytical
- QMS, EMS, Health & Safety, Ethics and ITC training
- University degree - transport specialization
- 5 + years on similar positions/shipping/logistics/coordination.
- Active English

- IT skills: Microsoft Office.
