Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dubai seeks a process improvement specialist to optimize warehouse operations. You will conduct thorough analyses of current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design improvement plans aligned with business objectives to boost productivity and accuracy.

You will collaborate with warehouse managers and cross-functional teams to implement performance metrics, provide training, and ensure changes are sustained across the organization while continuously monitoring and refining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement within warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure processes are optimized for efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to track the success of process improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvements are integrated across the organization.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate warehouse processes to ensure ongoing optimization.
