Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Dubai is seeking a Lean Improvement Specialist to drive process excellence across our logistics network. You will map current-state operations, analyze data, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and experience with Lean or Six Sigma. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop SOPs, and implement new processes to boost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• Good spoken and written English skills are preferred.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, Lean production, or process improvement is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret operational data, and measure project results.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute improvement initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Process Excellence: Map current-state workflows and leverage data analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead Lean Initiatives: Spearhead continuous improvement projects across logistics, warehousing, sorting, and transportation.
• Establish Operational KPIs: Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate financial and operational impact.
• Standardize Best Practices: Architect and maintain SOPs and operation policies to sustain improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to ensure seamless change implementation.
• Innovate continuously: Adopt emerging technologies to elevate logistics capabilities.
