Job summary

JD.com is seeking a data-driven Logistics Process Planning Manager to design, optimize, and modernize warehouse and sorting networks across the Middle East. You will lead end-to-end process layout engineering, integrate automation systems, and develop CAD layouts and ROI models to drive scalable regional growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 5+ years in logistics process planning or automation, with strong English and the ability to travel within the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Logistics, or SCM.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics process planning or automation design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout design; strong data literacy with Excel/SQL/Python.
• Fluent professional English and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse and Sorting center Process Planning: output CAD layout plans and ROI analysis; continuously improves logistics operation efficiency through process optimizations and reduces operating costs.
• Automation Planning and Implementation: design the selection, layout, and system integration of automated equipment; ensure connection with WMS/WCS/TMS and feasibility of the technical solution.
• Pre-sales Planning: participate in customer communication and needs research, interpret RFP documents, independently complete process planning and technical bid documents.
• Planning for the Standardization System Construction: standardize layout standards, cross-department collaboration within Middle East warehouses.
