Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Warehouse Outbound Coordinator to ensure goods leave the facility safely, accurately, and on time. You will coordinate picking, packing, shipping, and documentation, while supervising third‑party staff and driving continuous improvement in line with safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in a large warehouse, UAE reach truck/forklift licensing, and SAP WM experience.

Formación

• Higher Secondary Education.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large Warehouse operation.
• Working experience in ERP SAP WM Module specific.
• UAE Licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator, Light vehicle driver license, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the end-to-end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities. (Driving forklift)
• Coordinate with Logistics team for the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs/export.
• Manage Custom Clearance of all outgoing bonded materials and making sure data is updated in PWC.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
• Supervise, train, and Third party personnels to ensure daily output targets and Service Level Agreements are met.
• Identify and clear inventory errors through pick audits and checking before material dispatch.
• Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, such as order cancellation or delayed orders, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently..
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
