Job summary

PCS Wireless, a Dubai-based global device distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, repair, refurbishment and manufacturing on the floor.

You will lead up to 50 staff, implement Lean, Six Sigma and Agile practices, drive data-driven decisions using ERP and WMS, optimize capacity, scheduling, and supplier coordination, and uphold safety, quality and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience with a multinational company (MNC) in the UAE, focused on warehouse management, repair, refurbishment, manufacturing, and logistics.
Hands-on production or electronics devices industry experience, with floor-level engagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
Lead a team of up to 50 warehouse personnel with coaching, performance management and development.
Develop and implement warehouse strategies to increase efficiency and speed of operations.
