Job summary

PCS Wireless Middle East Branch is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, repair, refurbishment, manufacturing, distribution, and order fulfilment.

You will lead a team of up to 50 personnel, driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methods while upholding safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a multinational in the UAE warehouse/manufacturing/logistics.
• Hands-on on production floor in electronics devices industry.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Excel, databases and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead a team of up to 50 personnel with coaching and performance management.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to boost efficiency.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and Agile improvements on the floor.
• Coordinate capacity planning, production scheduling and material flow.
