Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee warehousing and storekeeping tasks, ensuring efficient receiving, storing and dispatching of parts in a computerized system. You will lead a team to meet deadlines and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in a similar position, proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in a similar position preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks: receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing and delivering parts in a computerized system.
• Ensure warehouse KPIs are achieved and report discrepancies.
• Act as team floor leader and guide team members to perform tasks correctly.
• Process orders and dispatch them on time according to cut-off timings.
• Conduct daily meetings to discuss warehouse issues with the team.
• Lead replenishment activities and update the system accordingly.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Conduct investigations and submit analysis reports for customer claims.
