Job summary

PCS Wireless, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, to lead end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound and outbound logistics, repair, refurbishment, and manufacturing.

You will drive data-driven decisions and oversee a team of up to 50 staff, implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies for continuous improvement. The role requires 7+ years in a multinational setting, hands-on production/ electronics experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

7+ years in UAE with a multinational company in warehouse management, repair, refurbishment, manufacturing and logistics.
Hands-on production/ electronics devices industry experience on the warehouse floor.
Experience with manufacturing and production planning including capacity planning, scheduling and material flow.
Strong analytical skills with data/reporting to drive decisions.
Proficient in Excel, databases, and ERP/WMS software.
Proven ability to lead up to 50 warehouse personnel.
Experience in an Agile environment applied to warehouse/operational processes.
Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: inbound/outbound logistics, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping.
Lead a team of up to 50 personnel with coaching and performance management.
Develop and maintain warehouse management strategies to boost efficiency and speed.
Oversee repair, refurbishment, and manufacturing activities with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Agile.
Lead manufacturing/production planning: capacity, scheduling, material flow.
Use analytics to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain inventory and records using ERP systems and WMS.
Negotiate shipping contracts and secure best freight rates.
Allocate resources based on forecasts to ensure staffing and service levels.
Optimize facility utilization for efficiency and labor effectiveness.
Monitor import/export compliance with regulatory requirements.
Establish workflows to enhance speed and quality.
Train and evaluate staff; monitor performance and progress.
Communicate with company personnel at all levels; resolve issues.
Escalate problems to senior management; pursue resolutions.
Perform additional tasks as required.
