• Coordinate with sales and account management teams to resolve customer-related escalations tied to inbound/outbound issues.
• Flag recurring issues or bottlenecks to the operations team and suggest improvements.
• Support other ad-hoc warehouse coordination tasks as assigned during the internship.

You'll be a key point of contact for resolving inbound and outbound escalations, helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

• Coordinate with sales and account management teams to resolve customer-related escalations tied to inbound/outbound issues.

Requirements

• Valid driving license and access to a personal car (mandatory). Willingness to travel regularly as part of daily duties.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm and act fast under pressure.
• Good communication skills to coordinate between warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams.
• Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and messaging tools (Whats App, email, etc.).
• Prior exposure to logistics, warehousing, or operations (through study, internship, or work) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Available full‑time for the 3-month internship period.
