Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Operation Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You will coordinate inbound, picking and outbound activities, ensure health and safety standards, and help meet SLAs across shifts.

Candidates should have warehousing or logistics experience, strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with KPI tracking and process compliance. Five years in warehousing and MHE licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work across shifts and manage priorities.
• Intermediate education level.
• MHE licenses are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and safety practices.
• Coordinate daily operational activities to meet SLAs (inbound, picking, outbound).
• Allocate tasks based on resource planning and constraints.
• Track team performance against KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, overtime).
• Support shift handovers and Tier 1 / Tier 2 performance discussions.
• Ensure compliance with Work Instructions and company policies.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and Behaviour-Based Safety practices.
• Coordinate daily operational activities (inbound, picking, outbound) to meet SLAs.
• Allocate tasks based on resource planning and allocate constraints or deviations.
• Track team performance against KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, overtime).
• Support shift handovers and participate in Tier 1 / Tier 2 performance discussions.
• Ensure compliance with Work Instructions, standards, and process confirmations.
• Support training, onboarding, and Excellence School initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, performance reviews, and recognition activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and company policies.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required.

• Knowledge of KPI tracking, safety, and process compliance
