Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt and proper handling at the warehouse.
• Own and resolve inbound and outbound escalations — delays, damages, missing items, or documentation issues — by acting quickly and involving the right people.
• Coordinate with sales and account management teams to resolve customer-related escalations tied to inbound/outbound issues.
• Flag recurring issues or bottlenecks to the operations team and suggest improvements.
• Support other ad-hoc warehouse coordination tasks as assigned during the internship.
