Job summary

Sound Star Events LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi warehouse. The role ensures gear leaves and returns are in the right state, maintaining operational efficiency and serving as the make-or-break for logistics.

Responsibilities include running daily prep/returns, inventory system stewardship, QC, sub-rental management, and coordination with PMs and HODs, while owning H&S and security for the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AVL warehouse / rental operations, including supervisory experience.
• Forklift / counterbalance certified (UAE-recognised).
• Familiar with UAE customs / ATA Carnet processes for international jobs.

• Maintain the rental management system as the system of record for inventory.
• QC every item out and every item back; flag damage and route to repair.
• Manage sub-rentals when in-house stock is insufficient.
• Coordinate with PMs and HODs on prep priorities and timing.
• Own warehouse H&S, fire-safety, and security.
• Manage the repair / workshop queue and parts inventory.
• Coordinate transportation with Logistics Coordinator.

Qualifications & experience

• Expert on a major rentalmanagement platform (Current RMS, Rentman, Flex, HireHop).
• Highly organised; lives by thesystem, not by memory.
• Forklift / counterbalancecertified (UAE-recognised).
• Familiar with UAE customs / ATACarnet processes for international jobs.
