Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unloading and checking incoming shipments.
• Verify goods against delivery notes and shipping documents.
• Organize and store products in correct warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Support loading and unloading cargo safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff as needed.
• Follow company procedures for handling, storing and moving goods.

Key Responsibilities strong

• Assist with receiving unloading and checking incoming shipments
• Verify goods against delivery notes invoices and other shipping documents
• Organize and store products in the correct warehouse locations
• Pick pack label and prepare goods for dispatch and delivery
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate strong inventory and stock records strong
• Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies
• Inspect goods for damage and inform the supervisor of any issues
• Keep the warehouse clean organized and free from safety hazards
• Support the preparation of orders and coordinate dispatch activities
• Follow proper procedures for handling storing and moving goods
• Assist with documentation related to incoming and outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors drivers and logistics staff
• Follow company policies and health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, freight forwarding, or logistics is preferred.
