Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Helper to support daily warehouse and logistics tasks. You will assist with loading and unloading goods, organize stock, and prepare orders to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and numerical skills advantageous.
• Formal qualifications not mandatory if duties can be performed safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities.
• Move and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with picking, packing, labeling and preparing customer orders.
• Check goods for damage, shortages, or incorrect quantities.
• Support warehouse staff during receiving and dispatch operations.
• Carry, lift, and move cartons and warehouse materials safely.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Arrange products on shelves, racks, pallets, and storage areas.
• Prepare goods for delivery or internal transfer.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
• Report damaged items or unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Maintain clean and organized floors, shelves, and packing stations.

Job description

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Warehouse Helper to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, organizing warehouse stock, assisting with packing and order preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical tasks in a busy warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but candidates without experience may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks and containers.
• Receive incoming shipments and help verify quantities against delivery documents.
• Move, arrange, and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders.
• Sort products according to warehouse instructions and storage requirements.
• Check goods for visible damage, shortages, or incorrect quantities.
• Support warehouse staff during receiving and dispatch operations.
• Carry, lift, and move cartons, boxes, and other warehouse materials safely.
• Assist with stock counting and physical inventory checks.
• Arrange products on shelves, racks, pallets, and storage areas.
• Help prepare goods for delivery, transportation, or internal transfer.
• Follow instructions from warehouse supervisors and team leaders.
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage, loss, or breakage.
• Keep warehouse floors, shelves, packing stations, and work areas clean and organized.
• Dispose of packaging materials and warehouse waste according to company procedures.
• Assist with maintaining accurate stock movement records when required.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation procedures where applicable.
• Report damaged goods, missing items, or unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow warehouse health, safety, and security procedures.
• Use warehouse tools and handling equipment only when trained and authorized.
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities assigned by management.

Educational Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills are an advantage.
• Formal qualifications are not mandatory where the candidate can perform the required duties safely and effectively.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Helper, Packing Helper, General Helper, Loader, or Warehouse Assistant is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, retail warehouses, supermarkets, FMCG, or trading companies is an advantage.
• Freshers and candidates without previous warehouse experience may also be considered.
• UAE warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures is beneficial.
