Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant in Dubai to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records and a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and numerical skills.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Inspect received items for visible damage, shortages, or incorrect quantities.
• Arrange and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Label and organize goods to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Pick products according to customer orders and warehouse instructions.
• Pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch.
• Verify product quantities and order details before packing.
• Assist with preparing delivery orders and shipment documentation.
• Move completed orders to the designated dispatch area.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics staff when required.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records and a clean, safe working environment.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but candidates who are willing to learn may also be considered.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
  
• Additional training in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage.
  

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Helper, Store Assistant, Packing Assistant, or similar position is preferred.
  
• Experience in logistics, distribution, FMCG, retail warehouses, or trading companies is an advantage.
  
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
  
• UAE warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
