Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai seeks a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations. You will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining stock records and a tidy warehouse environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and familiarity with warehouse activities. Freshers may apply; forklift experience is a plus. On-site work in Dubai with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify quantities against delivery notes and POs.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving items within the warehouse.
• Sort, label, and store products in designated areas.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Check for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate records of received and dispatched items.
• Keep shelves and workspaces clean and organized.
• Support Storekeeper and Warehouse Supervisor in daily tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and use equipment safely.
• Prepare goods for shipment and delivery.

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and organized Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and check quantities against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse.
• Sort, label, arrange, and store products in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or dispatch.
• Check products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues.
• Assist with stock counting and regular inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate records of received, issued, and dispatched items.
• Keep warehouse shelves, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Support the Storekeeper and Warehouse Supervisor with daily activities.
• Follow warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Use warehouse equipment and handling tools safely, where authorized.
• Assist with preparing goods for shipment and delivery.
• Complete other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, packing, loading, or material handling is an advantage.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Basic understanding of warehouse activities and stock handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Good physical fitness for routine lifting and moving of goods, where required.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Knowledge of inventory procedures is an advantage.
• Forklift operation experience or certification is an advantage where relevant; only authorized operators may operate forklifts.
