Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food, beverages, portions, ingredients, and allergens
• Inform guests about daily specials and promotions
• Recommend menu items and upsell additional products when appropriate
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, including alcoholic beverages
• Communicate orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
• Prepare tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and other dining essentials
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas at all times
• Clear tables, plates, glasses, and utensils as required
• Carry dirty dishes and silverware to designated cleaning areas
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Operate POS systems and cash registers accurately

Qualifications
