Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress - Thai Cuisine to deliver exceptional dining experiences in our luxury hotel restaurant. You will provide warm, personalized service, showcase knowledge of Thai dishes, and guide guests through menu selections.

The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure accurate preparation and timely service while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a specialty restaurant, upscale dining venue, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine, ingredients, cooking styles, and dining traditions is highly desirable.
