Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an attentive Waiter/Waitress specialized in Thai cuisine to deliver extraordinary dining experiences in our luxury restaurant. You will master Thai menu details, guide guest selections, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and maintain the highest hospitality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality diploma and 1–2 years of experience in upscale dining, with strong communication and impeccable service.

Qualificações

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a specialty restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional service to guests in a luxury Thai restaurant.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Thai menu, ingredients, spice levels, and pairings.
• Take orders accurately and communicate to kitchen/bar in a timely manner.
• Explain dishes and regional specialties to enhance guest dining experience.
• Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure prepared orders meet standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
