Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Welcome Ambassador / Hostess for Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. You will greet guests warmly, guide them from arrival to departure, and ensure an exceptional dining and resort experience.

You will collaborate with Concierge, Front Office, and other teams to anticipate needs, handle requests, and promote resort amenities. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus, in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, German, or French are an advantage.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
