The Lana Dorchester Collection Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to maintain high standards of food quality and timely service, working under the guidance of the culinary team. • You will be responsible for maintaining food quality control appropriate and timely food rotation timely service and quality of food of the highest standard to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
• You will prepare cook and present food adhering to food safety standards learning new and exciting skills along the way
