Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a polished Waiter/Waitress to deliver attentive, personalized dining experiences for our members and guests. You will maintain product knowledge, reflect the club's standards, and work closely with Culinary, Bar, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service.

This role requires genuine hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of waiting or Food & Beverage service experience, preferably in private members club or luxury dining.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification is preferred.
• Strong member-focused communication and service approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized table service to members and guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately with dietary needs in mind.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and drinks.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, timely service.
• Prepare tables, stations, and dining areas to a high standard.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Bar, and F&B teams for seamless service.
• Process bills and payments following club procedures.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and club standards at all times.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized table service throughout the member and guest dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while accommodating preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, and daily offerings to provide confident recommendations.
• Anticipate member and guest needs, ensuring timely service and discreet attention throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain tables, service stations, and dining areas to consistently high presentation standards.
• Coordinate closely with Culinary, Bar, and F&B colleagues to ensure accurate and seamless service delivery.
• Process bills and payments accurately in accordance with established procedures.
