Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a warm, polished Host/Hostess to create an exceptional first and lasting impression for our members and guests. The role focuses on managing arrivals, seating, and reservations with discretion, coordinating with F&B to ensure seamless service while upholding the Club’s distinctive standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in premium hospitality, a Diploma in Hospitality, and strong communication and organizational skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant hospitality qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Host/Hostess or premium guest-facing role.
• Warm, confident and sophisticated communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and guest flow.
• Comfortable using reservation, table management, and digital guest management systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, ensuring a personalized and seamless arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, waitlists, and table allocations to optimize service flow.
• Recognize returning members and VIP preferences to tailor experiences.
• Manage expectations during busy periods with professional, accurate information.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure smooth seating and service flow.
• Maintain accurate reservation and member information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Respond to enquiries about menus and Club facilities with confidence.
• Assist in addressing member and guest feedback promptly and professionally.

• Manage member and guest expectations professionally during busy periods, providing accurate information and timely updates.


• Coordinate closely with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure smooth seating, table readiness, and service flow.


• Maintain accurate reservation and member information while handling personal details with appropriate discretion and confidentiality.


• Respond confidently to enquiries regarding menus, Club facilities, events, and experiences.


• Support the resolution of member and guest feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.


• 1–2 years of experience in a Host / Hostess, Guest Relations, or premium customer-facing role, preferably within a private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environment.


• Warm, confident, and sophisticated communication style with strong interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.


• Comfortable using reservation, table management, and digital guest management systems.


• High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
