The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. • Excellent member engagement, communication, and service recovery abilities.
• Good commercial awareness with understanding of revenue, cost control and performance.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills to manage multiple service priorities.
• Adaptable, composed, and detail-oriented with commitment to service excellence.
