Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group's ISOLA Abu Dhabi venue seeks a Junior Sommelier to support wine service and guide guests through selections that complement the Italian menu. You will help maintain the wine programme, assist with cellar organization, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years wine-service experience in upscale restaurants, with WSET Level 1 required and Level 2 preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years wine-service experience in upscale restaurants.
• WSET Level 1 is required; Level 2 is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and international wines.
• Confident communication and sales skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Sommelier to join the opening team at ISOLA. The Junior Sommelier will support wine service, maintain the wine programme and guide guests through selections that complement ISOLA’s Italian menu.
