Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Receiver to join the ISOLA Abu Dhabi opening team. The Receiver will receive, inspect and record deliveries accurately while maintaining proper storage and inventory-control procedures in a busy hospitality setting.

You will work closely with procurement, finance and stores to ensure timely stock availability and compliance with food-safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in receiving or inventory roles and a solid grasp of documentation

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in receiving, stores or inventory roles.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant or food-and-beverage receiving is preferred.
• Knowledge of delivery documentation, stock rotation and temperature control.
• Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive food, beverage and non-food deliveries against purchase orders.
• Inspect quantities, quality, temperatures, expiry dates and product condition.
• Record deliveries accurately and report discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, stores and operations.
• Ensure proper labelling, rotation and storage of goods.
• Maintain clean receiving and holding areas.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Receiver to join the opening team at ISOLA. The Receiver will receive, inspect and record deliveries accurately while maintaining proper storage and inventory-control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive food, beverage and non-food deliveries against approved purchase orders.
• Check quantities, quality, temperatures, expiry dates and product condition.
• Record deliveries accurately and report discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, stores and operational departments.
• Ensure products are labelled, rotated and transferred to storage correctly.
• Maintain clean and organized receiving and holding areas.
• Follow food-safety, security and documentation requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 1–2 years of receiving, stores or inventory experience.
• Hospitality, restaurant or food-and-beverage receiving experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of delivery documentation, stock rotation and temperature controls.
• Strong numerical accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
