Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a Waiter. This exciting opportunity is tailor-made for a high-performing professional who possesses a passion for excellence and ensuring maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of service.

What will you work on?

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service by greeting guests promptly, following the restaurant's sequence of service, addressing guests by name whenever possible, handling complaints effectively, and recognizing returning guests.
• Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared, maintain a clean and organized work area, perform opening and closing duties, report maintenance issues, and comply with all hygiene, health, safety, and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, guide and assist junior waiters during service, attend meetings and training sessions, and contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage offerings, continuously develop product knowledge, confidently recommend menu items, and contribute to achieving sales objectives through effective upselling.
• Report for duty punctually in full uniform, take pride in representing the restaurant, use equipment and resources responsibly to minimize operating costs, and consistently uphold the highest standards of service quality and performance.
