What will you work on?

• Transport food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and resolve any discrepancies.
• Uphold the restaurant’s quality and aesthetic standards when handling dishes and interacting with guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries courteously and direct them to the appropriate team when needed.
• Help with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness in service stations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Following the success story of #saltbae, and having a genuine interest in the unprecedented growth of a global brand.

What do we look for?

• Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients (training provided).
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays safely.
• Good communication skills in English. Additional language such as French, Arabic, Russian & Spanish will be highly preferred.
• Proactive and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments while maintaining composure.
