Job summary

noon is seeking a highly strategic VP Product, Engagement to own the end-to-end customer engagement framework across its marketplaces in the Middle East. You will drive retention, loyalty, and growth through engaging experiences, gamification, rewards, and personalized journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams within consumer technology, gaming, social platforms, or high-scale digital products.
• Strong track record of building and scaling engagement, retention, loyalty, gamification, or growth products.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, retention frameworks, engagement loops, and habit-forming product design.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the engagement strategy across the platform, driving retention, loyalty, and acquisition.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, design, data science, growth, and marketplace leadership.
• Oversee traffic distribution, content discovery, recommendations, and user journeys to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with data science to improve personalization and messaging effectiveness.
• Pilot and measure engagement experiments (A/B testing) to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure experiences are intuitive, native, and customer-centric across marketplaces.
