Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Product Manager - Growth to own end-to-end lead-generation performance for VAS funnels (inspections, financing, insurance, evaluations and service contracts) across the platform, CLM and paid channels. You will identify choke points, run A/B tests, and work with design and engineering to ship improvements that boost lead volume and conversion.

• 4–6 years in product growth or growth marketing
• Proven ability to improve funnel conversion rates
• Experience with fintech/proptech or automotive services is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lead generation for VAS funnels across platforms
• Identify choke points using data, recordings and analysis
• Run A/B/multivariate tests and track KPIs
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Design and Engineering
• Design pricing experiments and partnerships for lead-gen
