Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Product Manager - Growth to own end‑to‑end lead‑generation performance for VAS funnels across the platform, CLM and paid channels. You will identify choke points, run A/B tests, and collaborate with design and engineering to ship improvements that boost lead volume and conversion.

You will also drive frontend VAS initiatives, partner integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration to expand the automotive services ecosystem and improve funnel health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in product management and growth roles within e‑commerce, marketplaces or classifieds.
• Proven track record improving funnel conversion rates and running structured A/B testing programs.
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering and design teams to ship improvements.
• Experience in automotive services, fintech, insurtech or proptech‑adjacent products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and strategies for hitting revenue targets.
• Knowledge of banking and insurance partner landscape and requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lead‑generation performance across C2C inspection, financing, insurance, evaluations and service contract funnels.
• Identify choke points and drop‑off stages using data, recordings and user behavior analysis.
• Tweak funnel flows, forms, CTAs and messaging to increase qualified lead generation.
• Expand lead capture across channels — WhatsApp, call centre and chatbot.
• Personalise funnel steps based on user profile and prior behaviour.
• Design re‑engagement and remarketing flows to recover dropped users.
• Define and track north‑star and stage metrics (CVR, CPL, lead‑to‑sale).
• Build and prioritise a continuous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap.
