Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking a seasoned Organization Design & AI Transformation leader in Abu Dhabi. You will drive OD initiatives aligned to Aldar Group's operating model, embedding AI, automation and analytics across OD processes.

The role requires framing organizational design, workforce planning and position management for a large corporate environment. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable productivity improvements through AI tools and to scale AI-enabled OD

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
MBA, CIPD or equivalent HR certification preferred.
10+ years of experience in Organization Development/Design, HRBP or HR consulting.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to identify OD priorities and design organizational solutions.
Lead organization-wide development programs including M&A, JVs and spin-offs.
Develop and execute the Organization Development AI roadmap with LLMs and AI agents.
Build, pilot and scale AI agents, digital platforms, and automation for OD processes.
Conduct organizational assessments using advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights.
Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership to enhance change management.
Monitor emerging OD, workforce analytics and AI technologies for practical application.
