Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking a seasoned Organization Design & AI Transformation leader in Abu Dhabi. You will drive OD initiatives aligned to Aldar Group's operating model, embedding AI, automation and analytics across OD processes.

The role requires framing organizational design, workforce planning and position management for a large corporate environment. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable productivity improvements through AI tools and to scale AI-enabled OD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• MBA, CIPD or equivalent HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Organization Development/Design, HRBP or HR consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify OD priorities and design organizational solutions.
• Lead organization-wide development programs including M&A, JVs and spin-offs.
• Develop and execute the Organization Development AI roadmap with LLMs and AI agents.
• Build, pilot and scale AI agents, digital platforms, and automation for OD processes.
• Conduct organizational assessments using advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership to enhance change management.
• Monitor emerging OD, workforce analytics and AI technologies for practical application.

Job Purpose

• Manage the OD change and transformation initiatives in conjunction with management's direction, ensuring the alignment of structure with Aldar Group's operating model and business requirements
• Undertake the necessary organizational diagnostics and recommend enhancements.
• Support the digital transformation of the Organization Development function by embedding AI, automation and advanced analytics into OD processes.

Job Responsibilities

Organization Design & AI Transformation

• Partner with senior leaders to identify key organization development priorities and design effective organizational solutions that address gaps/opportunities
• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of organization-wide development programs and initiatives – including M&A, JVs and spin-offs - ensuring they align with strategic objectives and drive measurable improvements in team performance.
• Work with the SVP and the rest of the OD team to develop and execute the Organization Development AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation across OD processes and activities.
• Build, pilot and scale AI agents, digital platforms and automation capabilities to enhance organization design, workforce planning and position management.
• Conduct organizational assessments using advanced analytics, Orgvue and AI-enabled insights to identify organizational improvement opportunities and support executive decision making
• Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership teams to enhance change management programs and drive alignment around organizational priorities.
• Stay abreast of emerging Organization Development, workforce analytics and AI technologies, translating emerging capabilities into practical business solutions.

Workforce Planning

• Lead workforce planning and budgeting by leveraging predictive analytics, AI-assisted scenario modelling and digital workforce planning tools.
• Utilize AI tools and Orgvue to analyze workforce data—headcount, attrition, vacancy rates, and demographic trends—to produce insights that inform strategic workforce decisions.
• Lead annual manpower cost allocation exercise and coordinate with Finance to ensure manpower budgets are embedded into broader business budgets

Position Management

• Leverage workflow automation (Jira) and AI tools to manage the end-to-end process for position-specific changes (i.e., upgrades, downgrades, reporting line transfers, and job scope modifications), ensuring approvals are obtained.
• Ensure position records in the HR systems are recorded accurately and kept up-to-date
• Develop/update job descriptions based on Aldar's JD template and leveling standards.
• Act as technical authority to the People & Communications function on position management policies, job evaluation methodologies, and OD processes.

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Delivery of measurable productivity improvements through AI tools
• Successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions
• Completeness and speed of conducting organization designs and workforce planning activities.
• Turnaround time and compliance rate for position management requests.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Regular working hours. Office-based (Abu Dhabi).

YoE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Years of Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Organization Development/Design, HR business partnering or HR Consulting, preferably in real estate, diversified conglomerates, or private sector organizations in the GCC.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, position management, and organizational structuring within a large corporate or consulting environment.

Technical and Interpersonal Skills

• Proven expertise in organization design methodologies
• In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices
• Strong conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging LLMs (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) and AI agents to redesign business processes.
• Knowledge of automation platforms (Power Automate, Copilot Studio or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• MBA, Doctorate, CIPD or equivalent HR certification preferred.
• Certification in organization design or workforce planning is a plus.
