With a requirement of at least 12 years in luxury hospitality management, candidates must possess strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills. This leadership role involves close collaboration with property owners and compliance with brand standards to drive owner value and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality or premium residential management.
• Deep knowledge of branded residences and mixed-use developments.
