Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is seeking a visionary Vice President, Procurement Contracts to lead the contracts service across the ADNOC Group. You will own end-to-end contract delivery for projects, upstream studies, drilling, operations and support services, and shape major sourcing strategies with centralised spend.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent.
18+ years in procurement management within a large Oil & Gas organisation, including at least 10 years in progressively senior managerial roles.
Proven leadership of large professional teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
CIPS Level 4 or higher certification (held or in progress).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contracts execution across the ADNOC Group.
Develop sourcing strategies, bidder lists and techno-procurement negotiations.
Direct contract award, administration, variations and close-out.
Build and lead a high-performing division with focus on Emiratisation.
Manage budgets, risk and HSE standards.
Develop team and succession, raise service quality.
