Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Domestic Marketing team in the UAE. You will lead regionally tailored marketing strategies, VIP acquisition, and revenue growth across UAE, GCC, and key MENA markets.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in gaming marketing or VIP services, with a Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams. Travel across UAE, GCC, and select MENA markets is expected to support market expansion and

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in gaming marketing, VIP services, or player development.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regionally tailored marketing strategies to grow gaming revenue in UAE, GCC, and key MENA markets.
• Lead and develop VIP Host teams with revenue accountability and premium service standards.
• Design regionally relevant marketing programs to drive visitation and loyalty while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, Hospitality, Finance, Digital, and Compliance to deliver integrated guest experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, reinvestment governance, and reporting to maximize profitability and long-term value.
