Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a VP of Client Service Engineering to lead end-to-end transformation efforts, driving client-centric journeys, automation, and risk‑aware efficiency. You will coordinate with business lines, technology, risk, and support functions to deliver outcomes within set timeframes.

You will engage stakeholders across the bank, champion agile delivery, pilot AI initiatives, and mentor a small team while reporting progress to senior leadership and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives in financial services or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Min 10–15 years of experience in Financial Services, with executive/consulting roles and process/automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client service transformation initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and change management across the bank.
• Report progress to senior management and governance forums; coordinate with ExCo and other committees.
