Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC, part of the Al-Futtaim Group, seeks a Vice President - Broker Relationship Retail in Dubai to lead broker partnerships and drive profitable growth across retail insurance lines. You will manage the Broker Relationship team, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Professional insurance qualifications such as ACII or Cert CII are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE insurance market experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing relationships with multiple UAE brokers.
• At least 2 years of team leadership and management experience.
• Proven track record of growth through broker channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with leading UAE insurance brokers.
• Lead Broker Relationship team and set performance expectations.
• Collaborate withUnderwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Monitor broker performance, portfolio profitability, and KPIs.
• Drive growth across Motor, Travel, Home, and related retail products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
