Job summary

Aldar Academies in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Asset Manager to lead the strategic management of its commercial assets, maximizing portfolio value, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing tenant experience.

You will drive leasing strategies, oversee capital investment, governance of service providers, and coordinate with Development, Legal, Finance and Operations to deliver projects and asset handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Accounting; MBA/ CFA/CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling experience.
• Ability to prepare Board level papers and investment memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of assets and portfolio performance.
• Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize long‑term value.
• Drive leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rent growth.
• Oversee CAPEX, asset enhancements, and capital recycling initiatives.
• Coordinate with Development, Legal, Finance and Operations for project delivery.
• Prepare financial reporting, budgets, and investment analysis for decisions.
